Debre Amin Dagmawi Debre Libanos Abune Teklehaimanot kidist lideta lemariyam  we kidus Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church was established in the state of Maryland by the will of God and the blessing of our righteous father, Abune Teklehaimanot. It holds the distinction of being the first Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church in the United States to acquire its own property and commence services without first operating in a rented space. With the blessing of esteemed Archbishops, the church was consecrated and officially commenced its spiritual services on August 26, 2023  at its permanent location : 8565 Main Street, Ellicott City, MD, 21043.
We give all honor, praise, and thanksgiving to the Almighty God, who has guided and sustained us through the intercession of His saint, Abune Teklehaimanot. Amen.
